Health, Safety & Environment Management is an integral part of an overall Governance at Shahid Tech. 

As a contribution of our role towards Sustainability, we dutifully manage Health and Safety and strive for a clean environment. On a regular basis, we analyze the effects of our operation on risk profiling and using best environment friendly scientific techniques. Following principles are an integral part of our action plans to achieve this strategy:

• Identification and assessment of all HSE Hazard features and the management of risks and impacts to acceptable levels.
• Compliance with all applicable HSE legitimacies and other requirements.
• Prevention of incidents, injuries, pollution.
• Zero tolerance of the environments and comportments that contribute to occurrences and damages.
• Optimization of recycling waste and conservation of resources.
  
• Documenting and communicating HSE implementation throughout the organization.
• Continual enhancement of HSE performance.
• Availability of resources shall be ensured at all levels of operation.
• Explicit job responsibilities shall be defined and explained to the team.
• Exceptional training and development will be provided to the teams across the organization.
